How flexible is the return policy?
We give you full control over your hire period. If you need to keep the vehicle a little longer, simply let us know and we will accommodate you at $10 per hour beyond your agreed return time. We just ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can plan accordingly.
How do we make sure the vehicle is ready and clean for every customer?
Every vehicle is cleaned and prepared to a high standard before collection. All we ask is that you return it in the same condition with a full tank of fuel, so the next customer enjoys the same experience you did. If returning it clean is not convenient, we offer a cleaning service for just $20.
How does 360 Degree Car Hire support you in the event of an accident?
Your safety is our priority. In the unlikely event of an accident, our team is here to guide you through the process. Simply notify us and the police immediately, stay at the scene until the authorities arrive, and arrange the police report. Once that is in place, we will do everything we can to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
How do we make sure your vehicle is safe and secure throughout your hire?
To protect both you and the vehicle, only drivers named on the rental agreement are authorised to drive. This ensures that in the event of any incident, you are fully covered and there are no complications with the hire agreement. All named drivers simply need to present a valid driver’s licence at collection.
How is your deposit protected?
Your deposit is fully refundable. As long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was collected in, your deposit comes straight back to you. We hold it simply as a security measure to protect the vehicle, and returning it to you in full is always our goal.
